UOA Engineering and Design Vehicle Inspection
by Steve Warrington, from the Community
This university fleet checklist helps staff inspect vehicles before use. Record WOF and registration status, service sticker date and mileage, odometer reading, and logbook use. Verify the fuel card, key condition, windscreen and wipers, and check for exterior damage including tyres. Note cleanliness of interior and exterior, confirm first aid kit availability, and capture photos of any defects. Include document number, campus, inspection date, inspector and driver details, and report issues to the vehicle custodian.
