Description

This course explores the physical and psychological responses to stress, focusing on the Fight, Flight, and Freeze responses. In Lesson 1, you'll learn about these responses, including the different types of Freeze responses. Lesson 2 introduces the concept of Amygdala Hijack, and examines some of the impacts arising from partial loss of access to the Cerebral Cortex.
