This course explores the physical and psychological responses to stress, focusing on the Fight, Flight, and Freeze responses. In Lesson 1, you'll learn about these responses, including the different types of Freeze responses. Lesson 2 introduces the concept of Amygdala Hijack, and examines some of the impacts arising from partial loss of access to the Cerebral Cortex. By the end of the course, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how these mechanisms affect decision-making and behavior in stressful situations. The course concludes with a survey to assess your learning and insights.
