Eastern Community Campus Building Inspection Checklist

This termly building inspection checklist for Eastern Community Campus helps schools assess and maintain safe, compliant facilities. Sections cover corridors and stairways, toilets, security and access control, CCTV and intruder alarms, boiler rooms, electrical equipment and PAT testing, first aid boxes, kilns, ladders, and external open spaces. It also includes checks for boilers, LEV and fume cupboards, temperature and heating equipment, drinking water, fire doors and hold-open devices, fire safety signage and action notices, restricted access areas, glazing and window restrictors, trees and hedges, drainage and guttering, perimeter fencing and gates, benches and seating, outside lighting, traffic management and pedestrian segregation, walkways and access routes, grassed areas, and door condition. Use it to identify hazards, record compliance, and plan corrective actions each term.
