Campus Observation Checklist SCC

This Campus Observation Checklist (SCC) helps schools and colleges assess campus conditions and operations. Items cover exterior signage, banners, hoardings, building glass and paint, gates, and overall cleanliness. Interior checks include furniture, whiteboards, notice boards, railings, staircases, lighting, and ACs. It also reviews classroom, office, washroom, corridor, and stairwell cleanliness. Notice board content is verified for schedules, policies, methodology, results, and key updates. Information office materials, staff professionalism, and space use are assessed. Student care and counseling records, feedback, motivation, academics, teacher punctuality, notes, and exercise completion are included. Test conduction standards, invigilation, spacing, timing, discussion, and return of tests are also evaluated.
