Quality Control Checklist for Cleaning (SCC)

This SCC cleaning quality control checklist helps facility and janitorial teams audit cleanliness across restrooms, culinary kitchens, cafeterias, fitness centers, and locker rooms. It guides inspections for paper goods, soap, mirrors, toilets and urinals, floor care, trash removal, vents, whiteboards, tables, vending machines, and general dusting at low and high levels. It also includes checks for door security, detailed periodic cleaning, carpet and restroom floor scrubbing, and media and signature capture for documentation.
