This working at height inspection checklist helps supervisors and crews plan and verify safe practices before and during elevated work. It covers elimination of height work where possible, JobSTART and SWMS controls, permits where a fall risk of 2 meters or more exists, and fixed edge protection. It outlines when harnesses may be used, and requires pre-use and maintenance inspections for harnesses, lanyards, scaffolds, and EWPs.
