Critical Control Inspection for Working at Height
by Thomas Harrison, from the Community
This free Critical Control Process Inspection checklist helps construction teams manage the risks of working at height. It guides users to plan work at ground level where possible, confirm permits, verify solid and protected work surfaces, and use appropriate fall protection PPE. The template checks training and competency, certification and condition of EWPs, scaffolds, and ladders, and requires establishing exclusion zones to prevent falling objects. Use it to assess overall control effectiveness and standardize safe work at heights across sites.
