This V-WIS013 Work Inspection Sheet helps construction teams verify the quality and compliance of damp proof membrane works. Record contract details, scope of works, subcontractor, and the precise area inspected with drawing references. Confirm materials are approved, manufacturer instructions are followed, and substrates are prepared correctly. Check water levels and precautions, keep surfaces dry, and verify concrete, screed, brickwork, and blockwork finish quality. Assess ventilation in confined spaces and inspect membrane application, lap joints, and curing. Ensure ambient temperature is 5 degrees C or above during installation. Protect the membrane from follow-on trades, store materials in dry conditions at 5 degrees C or above, and stack rolls as recommended.
