Liquid Membrane Inspection Test Plan

This inspection test plan guides quality checks for liquid membrane waterproofing. It covers substrate acceptance, surface preparation, primer to manufacturer specifications, twelve millimeter fillet reinforcement at joints, required membrane micron thickness, UV membrane application for external areas, curing, and a minimum twenty four hour flood test to identify leaks. References AS 3740 2021 and AS 4654 Part 2 2012. Use it to document site details, materials used, areas completed, and final sign off by both contractor and client.
