This daily telehandler inspection form helps operators verify equipment condition before use. It covers operating controls, emergency stop and brakes, levers and foot controls, safety signs and load charts, boom and forks, and checks for hydraulic leaks with photo capture. Inspect extension cylinders, chains, pivot pins, electrical lines, and mast sliding and rolling parts. Perform visual checks of base components for broken or loose parts, lights, mirrors, windows, seat belt mounts, tires, and outriggers. Confirm backup alarm, horn, oil and fuel levels, belts, hoses, motor condition, battery, and electrical systems. Record the inspector name, date, job number, and location, and sign to verify results. Report any defects to the foreman immediately.
