Daily Forklift and Telehandler Inspection Form

Use this daily inspection form to assess forklifts and telehandlers before operation. Check operating controls, emergency stop, brakes, levers, foot controls, safety signs and load charts, boom and forks, and hydraulics including leaks with photo capture. Inspect extension cylinders and chains, pivot pins, electrical lines, mast components, structural damage, lights, mirrors and windows, seat belt, tires and outriggers, backup alarm and horn. Verify engine oil and fuel levels, belts and hoses, battery and electrical. Record signatures and notify the foreman of defects.
