NQBP Booster Pump Station Thrust Block ITP (C912)

This inspection test plan (ITP) covers the construction of an internal inline thrust block for a booster pump station. It guides correct setout to latest IFC drawings, clean formwork installation, and reinforcement placement including N16 threaded rods into Ancon Qwikfoot anchors and N12 horizontal and vertical bars at 150 mm centres with N12 U-bars. It records concrete requirements (N40 strength or above), slump, quantity, pump needs, and water added. It includes a hold point for pre-pour inspection by STP Consultants, pour execution and vibration, stripping and cleaning of formwork, completion of pour records, docket photos, and final sign-offs by Fergus Builders and STP Consultants.
