This EVCP pre-construction survey template helps teams plan and document electric vehicle charging point installations. Capture site information, scope, enabling works, CDM considerations, and statutory compliance. Record DNO point of connection details, metering and maximum demand, earthing, surge protection, and feasibility of additional load. Document proposed charger locations, network signal tests, electrical switchgear, feeder pillars, cable routes, earthing, and containment. Include civils works such as trenching, bases, bay marking, signage, and crash protection.
