by Dan Thackeray, from the Community
This kitchen completion post-inspection form helps confirm that all works are finished to a high standard and the space is ready for handover. Verify cleanliness and making-good of adjacent walls, check carpentry quality, ensure worktops are level and unmarked, and that cupboards and drawer packs operate correctly. Confirm plumbing is satisfactory, the sink is free from scratches, and isolators, stop tap, and washing machine outlet trap are present. Assess flooring condition and adhesion. Check electrical works, including secure, level socket fronts, three double sockets, and fitted fused spurs. Capture tenant and operative signatures for final sign-off and satisfaction.
