IDI Paint Brush and Roll QAQC Checklist
This Painting QAQC checklist supports brush and roll applications on construction sites. It guides inspectors to confirm updated drawings and approvals, verify taping quality and any required level 5 finishes, and ensure MEP work is completed before final coats. Items include sanding and spot priming of drywall patches, correct base and ceiling heights, adequate lighting, and readiness for any specialty finishes. It checks for damage-free walls, uniform finish, a pre punch-list walk, cleanup of materials, and a joint walkthrough with the general contractor. The process concludes with comments and formal sign off by the QAQC inspector.
