IDI Acoustic Tile Quality Control Checklist
by Peter Graham, from the Community
This IDI Acoustic Tile Quality Control checklist helps site supervisors and QA inspectors verify the quality of acoustic ceiling tile installations. It covers confirmations of updated drawings and specifications, correct seating in the grid, accurate border and column cuts, absence of insulation fibers on tile faces, and identification of missing or damaged tiles. The checklist also checks sequencing with MEP completion, site cleanup, and a walkthrough with the general contractor superintendent, with space for comments and sign off.
