HNZC Scaffolding Inspection Checklist

Check load capacity communication, baseplates and sole boards on level ground, plumb and square frames, and the presence of guardrails, mid rails, toe boards, trapdoors, and netting. Confirm safe access via secured ladders at a 4 to 1 ratio, fully decked platforms tied down, and adequate bracing. For mobile towers, ensure wheels are locked and mechanical locks function, and store excess materials neatly.
