This MB Scaffold Inspection checklist helps crews verify scaffold safety and compliance on site. Inspect component condition, level and plumb setup, suitable ground conditions, nearby excavations, and guardrails on all open sides. Confirm areas are cordoned off, toe boards are installed, and secured ladder access is provided. Check control tags are signed and dated, materials are within load capacity, pedestrian protection (double boards and sheeting) is in place, and the scaffold is tied to the structure to prevent movement. Capture issues from the installation team and add comments for corrective actions.
