Use this civil reinstatement audit to evaluate field teams performing street works and surface restoration. Verify NRSWA permits and site-specific risk assessments, confirm training certificates, DNO identification, and COSHH information, and check emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and eyewash. Inspect vehicle and trailer condition and documentation, fuel and water storage, and plant certificates. Assess work area controls including signing and guarding, PPE use, housekeeping, access and egress, walk board setup, water suppression on cutting tools, compaction of backfill, and final tarmac or concrete depth.
