Use this grab lorry team audit checklist to review on site safety and compliance for civil works. Verify vehicles are secured and tidy, key documentation is present including site specific risk assessments, training certificates, DNO identification, COSHH and plant certificates. Confirm emergency equipment such as fire extinguisher, first aid kit, eye wash and spill kit is in date. Inspect NRSWA signing and guarding, safe arrangement of plant and materials, PPE, housekeeping, information signs and safe access and egress. Capture photos, record dates and sign off.
