Downloads: 0

Plan and document safe work when fixing or testing electrical equipment with this RAMS style checklist. Identify key hazards such as electric shock, fire and explosion, mechanical hazards, falls from height, hazardous materials, confined spaces, and environmental conditions. Evaluate likelihood and severity, then implement controls including isolation and lockout tagout, PPE, machine guarding, safe work practices, hot work permits, ventilation, and rescue planning. Coordinate with other trades, secure permits, maintain lighting and hydration, and use qualified electricians. Review and update the plan as conditions change.
