Use this construction RAMS checklist to evaluate site conditions and risks before work starts. Record project details, site context, access constraints, pedestrian and vehicle interactions, required plant and tools, and permits for hot works. Assess work at height, excavation, electrical and mechanical tasks, and environmental factors such as dust, fumes, noise, and waste. Identify hazards including asbestos, COSHH substances, legionella, and confined spaces, then document controls and sign-off.
