This Field Level Hazard Assessment template helps crews identify job tasks, recognize hazards, assess risk, and define controls before work starts. It covers physical work area issues such as housekeeping, ground conditions, blocked exits, open excavation, confined spaces, hot work, vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and working at heights with fall arrest planning.
