This External Delap and Access checklist supports exterior property assessments and planning. Capture address and property details, add delap images, and review boundaries, elevations, gardens, walkways, driveway, and roofline (front, side, rear). Record component locations such as satellite dish, aerial, chimney, and solar panels. Plan access requirements, including tenant agreement for scaffolding and a three-card process if needed. Track works in progress: scaffolding, chimney scaffolding and pointing, roof cleaning, soffit removal, fascia and rainwater goods, hedge trimming, and fencing or gate installation. Add general notes for the site.
