This Delap Survey Sheet is a comprehensive checklist for assessing the exterior of residential properties. Inspect front, side, and back elevations, gardens, fences, gates, paths, and drains. Record the condition of windows, doors, canopies, soffits, fascias, rainwater goods, exterior lights, existing render, plinths, and stone or brick cills.
