Electrical Inspection and Test Checklist 009
by Nick Bunnage, from the Community
This electrical inspection and test checklist helps verify compliance at project completion. Use it to confirm equipment calibration, MEN link connection, labeling of earth locations and stakes, and MCCB fault protection settings. Document polarity checks, three phase rotation, insulation resistance for mains, submains, switchboards and equipment, and earth continuity and resistance. Record RCD tests and earth fault loop impedance EFLI in line with AS NZS 3000. Attach test reports, capture photos, add notes, and record operator and supervisor sign off before handover.
