Use this BG Ceilings QA checklist to verify quality and compliance across first and second fix. Inspect pre-framing sign off, service penetrations, RCP and detail drawing revisions, datums, bulkhead heights, and finished ceiling levels. Check FEA1 rigid angle hangers, GAH2 acoustic hangers, MF6, MF7, MF5 and GL1 channels, RB1 resilient bars, pattresses, and access panels. For second fix, confirm RWA45 insulation, perimeter acoustic sealant, plasterboard type and orientation, precise cutouts, protection of services, cleanliness, and formal signoff by contractor and client.
