Items include baffle boxes correctly fitted, sealed and insulated; noggins installed for services, cupboards and kitchens; external and party wall insulation to spec; and VCL vapour barrier overlaps and seals. Close-up checks cover correct plasterboard types, screw type and spacing, square and plumb corners and reveals, fire tape above ceiling level, sealed service penetrations, ceiling grid setout with all services at the designed height, and ceiling plasterboard selection.
