This drylining quality assurance checklist helps construction teams verify key steps across first fix, second fix, and finishing. First fix items include fixing base and head track, installing metal studs and noggings, and checking walls for plumb and defects before boarding one side. Second fix covers installing insulation, closing walls both sides, setting suspended ceiling grids, insulating ceilings, and boarding. Finishes include beading, taping and jointing, and final surface quality checks. The template also supports sign-offs with dates and signatures for contractors and client representatives.
