Cubre normatividad laboral básica, administración de personal, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y cumplimiento ambiental. Incluye verificación de nóminas, horas trabajadas, comités, EPP, planes de emergencia, y mediciones de ruido, iluminación, ergonomía y riesgos psicosociales, así como permisos de vertimientos, emisiones y gestión de residuos. También contempla control de contratistas (casino y vigilancia), formación, simulacros y registros necesarios para evidenciar el cumplimiento antes de una auditoría SMETA.
