This Australian Wine Industry Standard of Sustainable Practice AWISSP winery audit checklist helps wineries evaluate environmental and operational sustainability. It covers scope and commitment, sustainability action planning, documentation and training requirements. The checklist guides incident management, internal audits, corrective actions, product identification and traceability, and mock recalls. It includes biosecurity controls, chemical and hazardous goods handling, emergency spill response, water and wastewater management, soil and land protection, biodiversity programs, waste minimization, air quality, and energy and fuel efficiency.
