This Repair Order Report template helps offsite and onsite mechanics document vehicle service work thoroughly. Capture customer details and verify VIN, registration, odometer, keys, and any dashboard warning lights before starting. Add photos of the vehicle’s condition, obtain customer confirmation and signature, then record job details on completion, including job numbers, recalls or service campaigns performed, findings, and comments. Attach evidence such as photos of parts used with serial numbers and airbags. Note any warning lights that remain after repair and finalize with technician signatures.
