Use this vehicle inspection checklist to audit new, maintenance, and exit vehicles. Verify registration, odometer and e-tag status, confirm service book sign-off and next service date, and note if the vehicle is overdue. Inspect interior cleanliness, seat condition with photos, dashboard warning lights, and presence of a carjack. Check exterior for windscreen chips or cracks and capture photos of all sides and roof. Confirm roof racks, conduit, canopy, and signage where applicable. Assess tyre condition, record any additional issues, and ensure keys (including canopy and conduit keys) are present and in good condition.
