Use this vehicle safety check template to conduct pre-shift inspections and document key items for fleet safety and compliance. Record audit title, date, registration, driver or shift, and odometer start and finish to calculate kilometers used. Inspect vehicle condition, note any damage, check fuel level, indicators and hazards, horn, brakes, first aid kit, and tyre condition.
