This TD Inspection Report template supports technical and safety inspections for maritime vessels. It guides superintendents and crew through general information, external inspections (class, flag, PSC), and ShipManager records. Sections cover compass deck, bridge and wheelhouse equipment (radar, GMDSS, ECDIS, AIS), hospital and lifesaving appliances, firefighting systems including CO2 and watermist, SOPEP, emergency generator, life rafts, lifeboats and MOB, deck and cargo gear, hull, interior, and a detailed engine room review (ME, auxiliaries, separators, steering gear, bilge, sewage, alarms).
