Use this SD12AP Sigma 50 jump check to guide a thorough inspection of tandem parachute equipment. Record location, rig number, preparer, and date. Assess the drogue assembly, including general condition, kill line length, bridle wear, disks and screws, and soft link attachments. Review main canopy components: d-bag connections, canopy fabric, line trim, brake lines, slider, soft-links, risers, and toggles. Verify reserve assembly: riser wear, closing loop, ripcord seating, due dates match documentation, and compliance with SB 20111109. Capture AAD jump count and photos of any issues.
