The Master's Review is a maritime checklist used by a vessel's Master to evaluate the effectiveness of the Safety Management System and HSEQ onboard. It covers policy compliance, crew certifications, training and orientations, safety meetings and drills, internal audits, reporting and risk assessment familiarity, PPE condition, garbage management, planned maintenance, navigation charts, and alignment of procedures with actual work. The form supports tracking corrective actions (implemented or pending) and includes prompts to confirm fire and safety plans, muster lists, and sign-off by the Master and Designated Person.
