Use this Storepro pallet racking inspection checklist to conduct visual, ground level assessments of uprights, beams, frame bracing, base plates, floor anchors, and safety locks in line with AS 4084-2023. Record impact damage, out-of-plumb conditions, deformation, corrosion, and connector issues, then classify findings using green, amber, and red risk levels to guide unloading, isolation, and repairs by a competent person. The checklist supports annual inspections, proper load adherence, and documentation of modifications and repairs. Seismic capability, slab provisions, and fire and egress compliance are excluded and should be assessed by other specialists.
