Use this racking and shelving inspection checklist to assess warehouse storage systems for safety and compliance. Inspect uprights, braces, beams, baseplates, anchors, mesh decks, safety clips, and SWL signage. Record rack, bay, and level details, note damage, corrosion, missing or dislodged parts, and incorrect installation.
