Use this post repair report checklist to capture vehicle and customer details, record the odometer reading, and document any dashboard warning lights. Verify horn, radio, reverse camera, safety belts, lights, windows, wipers, windshield, keys and remotes, spare tire, wheels, interior fittings, and body panels. Conduct a road test to assess engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, gauges, and exterior lights. Attach photos of new and used parts replaced and complete the summary of repairs with QC name and signature.
