Use this preventive maintenance inspection template to service tractors, trailers, and fleet vehicles in outside shops. The checklist covers drive-in checks, lights, tires and wheels, engine compartment, undercarriage, brakes, steering and suspension, fifth wheel, electrical systems, lubrication, diagnostics, and recalls. It includes sections for trailer and reefer units, APU service, transmission fluid changes, and DOT 49 CFR 396 certification.
