This PAX harness inspection checklist supports riggers and packers in verifying harness integrity and readiness for service. Capture inspection details including conducted on, prepared by, harness serial, and location. Assess critical components such as knife, top snaps, MLW, chest strap, belly band, side attachments, laterals, leg straps and covers, diagonals, back band, Y‑mod, and overall hardware condition. Record serviceability, packer or rigger number, due date, and signatures to confirm sign‑off and determine if the harness is good for service.
