This Citywide Traffic and Events site audit checklist helps crews plan and verify safe traffic management for events and roadworks. It covers compulsory requirements such as Traffic Management Plans, approved MOA details, RTTI numbers, and notifying the Traffic Management Centre. Inspect signage spacing and visibility, lane status, tapers, speed reductions, and End Road Works placement. Check pedestrian access, public transport stops, and congestion controls. Verify equipment and PPE including cones, bollards, stop slow bat, high visibility clothing to AS NZS 4602, hard hat, steel capped boots, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher. Confirm vehicle folder contents, SWMS, incident reports, generic TMPs, radios, and night gear. Includes summary, development notes, and sign off.
