Deze checklist voor indienststelling helpt bij de veilige ingebruikname van machines en mobiele arbeidsmiddelen. De lijst behandelt administratieve conformiteit zoals CE-markering, EG-verklaring en Nederlandstalige handleiding, en controleert de kenplaat en lastendiagram. Verder beoordeelt u werkomgeving en risico's zoals brand en explosie, schadelijke stoffen, lawaai, trillingen, ergonomie, verlichting, orde en netheid, alsook collectieve en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. De sectie bediening focust op duidelijke bedieningselementen, noodstop, start en stoplogica, en het voorkomen van onbedoelde beweging. Onderhoud en herstellingen omvatten vergrendeling tegen herinschakelen, veilige bereikbaarheid van afstelpunten en planning van periodieke keuringen. Specifieke controles voor mobiele arbeidsmiddelen en heftrucks dekken toegang, cabine, zitplaats, zicht, signalisatie en systemen tegen omvallen en vallende voorwerpen. Geschikt voor magazijnen, havens en logistieke sites.
