Use this daily BENDI articulated forklift inspection checklist to verify the truck is safe before operation. Record site and unit details, then check for damage and loose items on the material handling equipment, tyres and wheels, forks and positioning locks, hydraulic leaks, guards and covers, mirrors, seat and seat belt, and overhead guard. Test steering, accelerator, lifting, tilt and attachments, and confirm parking and service brakes function. Confirm warning lights and sounds, charger isolation, lead storage, battery retention, charge level and leaks. Attach a photo and sign off with inspection time and name.
