This Powered Pallet Truck checklist helps teams perform a quick daily pre-use inspection of material handling equipment. Review tyres and wheels for damage, check forks and mounting hooks for cracks, confirm lifting functions and hydraulics are leak free, and ensure guards and covers are secure. Test steering, accelerator, parking and service brakes, and verify warning lights and sounds. Confirm the charger is off, leads stowed, and batteries are topped up and leak free. Capture a photo of the truck and complete sign-off with inspector details.
