Daily VIPER 2 Bendi Forklift Checklist

This daily inspection checklist supports operators of VIPER 2 Bendi articulated forklifts in completing pre-start safety checks. Capture site details and conduct visual and functional inspections of forks, carriage plate, mast and rollers, lift chains and pulleys, hydraulics, tires and wheels, operating position and seat, brakes, horn, lights and optical warnings, steering, and overall external condition.
