AVV Report Vehicle Inspection Checklist

This AVV report template helps inspectors and fleet teams verify vehicle compliance and roadworthiness. Record VIN, make, model, odometer, and location, then check lighting systems, interior safety (airbags, seat belts, headrests), body condition, mirrors, and windscreen. Inspect wheels and tyres, including placards, size, DOT, and condition. Capture photos and note camper box fittings if present.
