by william arthur, from the Community
Use this aircraft output inspection and assessment record to document the condition of an aircraft at customer acceptance. The checklist covers forward fuselage, wings, empennage, cargo bays, cockpit, passenger cabin, and galleys, including checks for damage, leaks, security of panels and doors, lighting, safety equipment, seatbelts, placards, and documentation. Inspect components such as radome, windows, probes, landing gear, flight controls, engines, and exhaust areas. Record findings, note any defects, and verify that systems and emergency equipment are present, secure, and within expiry to support a compliant handover.
