Aircraft Annual and 100-Hour Inspection Checklist
by Donald Thibodeau, from the Community
This aircraft annual and 100-hour inspection checklist helps A&P mechanics and inspectors plan and document comprehensive airworthiness reviews. Based on 14 CFR Part 43 Appendix D, it guides checks across fuselage, cabin and cockpit, engine and nacelle, landing gear, wings, empennage, propeller, radio, and miscellaneous items. Record owner and aircraft details, make and serial numbers, powerplant and propeller types, total time and cycles, and discrepancies. Use it to standardize procedures, capture findings, and maintain compliance with FAA inspection requirements.
